My practice investigates the instability of the image and, through it, the instability of perception.

Every work of mine begins with observed situations, objects, bodies, and spaces. I subject them to processes of reduction, transfer, erasure, layering, and material transformation, so the image loses information, is interrupted, or depends on a particular action to continue existing. I am interested in the moment when something remains accessible only partially, as a trace or sensation.

Domestic spaces, landscapes, thresholds, bodies, and botanical forms are recurring territories in my work. Through them, I explore how distance, light, the passage of time, material, and subject presence alter what an image can contain. I may use materials that do not guarantee clarity or permanence, allowing deterioration and transformation to become part of the work itself.
